Lu is the best! She provided my dog with elevated care because of a small wound that needed tending to that formed before I dropped her off. My flight was also delayed getting back to Dallas and Lu was so accommodating with those unforeseen circumstances. Can’t wait to book Lu again for my next boarding needs.
