I had a wonderful experience with her taking care of my birds while I was away. I have 7 birds with different personalities and needs, and she handled everything very patiently and responsibly. She followed all instructions carefully, including feeding fresh food, checking water, and making sure all cages were secure. I especially appreciated the extra care she gave to my moon conure (Cubby), who requires special attention—she made sure to weigh him daily and let him out for some supervised playtime, which meant a lot to me. What really stood out to me was how much my birds liked her. They felt comfortable playing with her, perching on her, and being close to her—it was such a warm and reassuring sight to see. That really speaks to how gentle and caring she is with animals. She was very respectful of my home, arrived on time each day, and communicated well throughout the visits. I also felt reassured knowing she paid attention to all safety details. Overall, I felt completely at ease leaving my pets in her care.
