Stay was great

I offer boarding and pet services through Rover myself on the side, but this was my first time using Rover to house sit and watch my fur babies for 2 1/2 days. I definitely had higher expectations and better service in mind. Loveli was friendly and nice, but there was a lack of communication on updates and pictures with my pets until I requested an update the next day. She was responsive when I did message her but it was after the fact. The communication should be there up front especially when you're planning on leaving all day. It was discussed in advance that her work schedule wouldn't conflict with house/pet sitting, however, she was gone all day on the first day until 9 pm (only returned back for 5 min at 5 pm to feed my dogs and left again) and about 4 hours each on the next two days according to my Ring doorbell. When I arrived home my dog's water bowls were empty. My dogs never drink that much water in one day if the bowls were filled up the same day since I have a small and medium sized dog. It makes me anxious to find a new pet sitter to watch my fur babies next time but unfortunately I won't be using her again.

Loveli's name is a great description to her character, she is very Lovely!! I could not be more pleased with the care Loveli provided for my 9 year old Jack Russell, Annie. I was going to be out of the country for two weeks and was very nervous about leaving. Three weeks prior to my trip, Annie was diagnosed with lymphoma and a week later suffered a spinal cord injury. She was on three different medications and needed constant care with her mobility. Loveli and Annie instantly bonded. Within a week Annie was walking on her own. I credit Loveli's passionate care for how well Annie recovered. We're still dealing with her cancer but she is doing remarkable. Both Annie and I have bonded with a very special person.

Loveli did a great job house sitting and watching my cat and dog. She sent photos and videos and I loved that! She followed all of my instructions and my animals were very happy. I will be asking her asking her again next time I'm away.
