I’ve been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember and have grown up with both cats and dogs throughout my life. My experience includes caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities, from giant Newfoundlands to miniature Jack Russell’s, so I am comfortable adapting to the individual needs of each pet. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring to look after your furry family members. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa, or simply sticking to their usual routine, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy and well cared for while you’re away. I genuinely love spending time with animals and will treat your pets with the same care and attention that I give my own.

When caring for pets in their own home, I believe it’s important to keep their routine as consistent as possible, I’ll follow any instructions provided regarding feeding, walks, medication, playtime, and bedtime routines to help your pet feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. I understand each pet has their own personality and needs, whether that’s lots of exercise and play, plenty of cuddles and companionship or simply being calm and familiar presence. I’ll always make your pet’s wellbeing my priority and ensure they receive plenty of attention and care. I will also respect that I am a guest in your home and will treat your property with the upmost care, keeping everything clean, tidy and secure throughout my visit. I’ll happily provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well looked after.

My dogs have always loved to have Lourdes look after them. When they were younger she would often take them on adventures and now that my one dog is getting old, she is very understanding with her and takes her on sniffaris. I feel safe and comfortable leaving Lourdes with the dog when `I go away, I know that she will get all the toilet breaks she needs and get her walks in. I also know that my home will be in the same condition when `I come home as when I left which is always nice. I would recommend Lourdes to anyone who wants someone calm and adventurous to spend some time with their dogs. She knows how to adapt herself to be what the dogs need.

Schedule
I currently work part-time along side studying, but my schedule is very flexible as my bother and I manager our own shifts within our family business. With a little notice I can usually adjust my work schedule to accommodate pet sitting and dog walking bookings. I’m available all throughout the week and also the weekend. I have a commitment to running a theatre group 10am - 1pm on a Saturday. I am happy to discuss individual requirements and will always do my best to be flexible to suit both you and your pet’s needs.
