Having grown up on a farm, I have a lifetime of experience handling many different animal types and dog breeds. We love staying active and taking daily walks in our local country parks—including a medium park just 2 minutes away and Moses Gate Country Park only 15 minutes from our door. Our household includes my partner and our two dog-loving boys (aged 11 and 14). Both boys are fully educated on dog behaviour and deeply respect a dog's personal space when they need quiet time. 🛡️ Why Choose Us? Rover does not verify this. Anyone boarding dogs without a council licence operates illegally. This means their insurance is invalid, government welfare regulations are not met, and no independent checks have been made. Unlicensed boarding puts your pet at risk of being impounded by local authorities and faces criminal prosecution. 🏡 Our Home & Play EnvironmentSecure Garden: A good-sized, fully enclosed garden packed with toys. Weather-Ready: Dedicated cool-down areas and wet play setups for hot summer days. Safe Spaces: Licensed for a maximum of 4 dogs. We have separate, dedicated zones for dogs that prefer their own space to relax. 📋 Boarding Requirements & House Rules To ensure the safety and happiness of all our guests, we adhere to strict booking criteria: Socialisation: We only board friendly dogs who are happy to coexist with others. We cannot accept dogs with a history of dog-on-dog aggression. (Nervous dogs will be considered). Males: Neutered males only. Females: Unspayed females are welcome, provided they are not due to go into season during their stay. Hours: Standard pick-up and drop-off times are between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm.

Louise is excellent with Bramble. The frequency of updates is brill and I have full confidence that Bramble is being loved and cared for as if he was her own.
This is my 3rd time having Louise watch my chihuahua-terrier mix Luna. Louise is incredibly attentive, kind and professional. She gives me regular pictures to show how things are going throughout each stay, making me feel a little less sad to be away from my pupper. Will always be re-booking with Louise when needed and possible!
Maisy just enjoyed 11 nights with Louise while we were on holiday. She was happy, relaxed and we loved getting regular updates & photos. We knew Maisy was being well looked after, with lots of walks, attention & cuddles. We could clearly see she was enjoying her stay, meeting different dogs & she looked at home & well settled. Thank you Louise - we’re sure Maisy is looking forward to her next stay! 🤩

I am a professional home boarder, I don't have any other work commitments and I am home all day, other than trips to run errands , to give your pet full attention. I like to get as much information as possible regarding your pets routine, and keep to it, so they are happy

Safety, trust & environment
Awarded a top score 5 stars license by Bolton council Rest assured that I am fully licensed to home board dogs which means I have been inspected by the council to confirm I meet the higher standards reqired to look after your beloved pet. I have a secure garden, high fences and lots of toys. I can accept creates if this is what your pet is used to. I have a detached house with a good size amount of space downstairs. Dogs are allowed to sleep on beds with me if needed. Additional charges are applied for bookings on Christmas day, boxing day and new years day at double rate.
A typical day
We have a great park 2 minutes walk away. We like to play ball games in the garden, wet play when it's hot. Cosy snuggles when it's down time. We love and treat your pet just like our own.

- I like to know as much as possible about your pets routine, behaviours and habits. This way I can spot unusual behaviour easily and keep to the routine that your pet is familiar with. Evidence of upto date Vaccinations and adequate vet flea treatments. Once a booking is confirmed I will send a digital form to complete with the necessary details required by licensing standards.
