Pet care experience

Veterinary Assistant of 6 years!

Hello, my name is Louise! I have been a Veterinary Assistant for 6 years, grown up with dogs my entire life, and currently take care of my ~11 year old Border Collie/Husky mix named Juno! Before Juno, my family and I have had an Australian Shepherd, a Beagle, and a variety of mutts. All of my family's dogs have had unique personalities, so I am well equipped to deal with all sorts of energy levels and behaviors. All of my family’s dogs were rescued from shelters and were often either distracted or susceptible to triggers in their environment. This has trained me to remain vigilant in order to create a safe environment around them. My goal is for dogs to feel comfortable while actively enjoying their walk! I graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Music in March 2020, and I currently work full time as a Veterinary Assistant. Thank you for taking interest in my profile! Looking forward to caring for your beloved companions!

Rover Now Dog Walking • Dec 19, 2018

Lousie walks my two large breed dogs. She is always on time, leaves detailed Rover cards, and my pups look like they have a great time with her! Would love to continue having her walk my pups!

Louise is a sweet and caring human being who goes above and beyond in anything she does. She is incredibly responsible and would be sure to give any dog in her care a tremendous amount of love and attention. She has much experience with taking care of her own dog to be able to handle any situation that might arise and would be great at making sure your pet is happy and well cared for. You can always rely on Louise so there is never any need to stress or worry about your animal.

I know Louise to be a loving and dedicated dog owner. She will no doubt care of other animals with the same care and attention. She is not only fun, but extremely reliable, and responsible. I would strongly recommend her.
