Louise was very responsive, Zeph loved her and enjoyed some super walks with her (he's an energetic cocker spaniel!). The house was left immaculate. Louise sent plenty of photos and updates. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.
Louise has been dog sitting for me for over two years. I always come home to a clean and tidy house and an extremely happy dog. He's a very lively, energetic dog and Louise takes him on two long walks a day. I would highly recommend Louise's services, she's very professional, kind and caring, I wouldn't use anyone else.
Louise has been a "cat sitter" for me on 4 occasions this year, looking after my 2 adorable cats & is already prebooked with me, for another 6 "cat sitter" sessions. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Loiuse's services. She is reliable, trustworthy, kind, caring, considerate & compassionate. Louise prides herself on providing excellent customer service & is happy to accommodate any requests you may have regarding your pets or home. Your home will also be immaculate when you return from being away........... She is a pleasure to leave in your home, knowing that not only your "fur babies" will be well cared for & pampered, but that your home will be well looked after while you are away. A perfect combination.......... She is such a lovely person, that she has now become a dear friend.
Louise and her partner cared for our whippet, Juno, for three weeks in August. We had a trial weekend for Juno to get to know Louise and when we got home Juno was happy and well looked after. This meant we could travel to Australia to visit our children feeling comfortable that both our home and dog would be safe. Juno was only 15 months so we were a little anxious about how she would cope without us and also that she still had some puppy behaviours that can be challenging. Louise communicated with us regularly while we were away to keep us updated on Juno. When we arrived home, our house was clean and tidy, Juno was very excited to see us and looked healthy and happy. She had clearly been well cared for.
