Louise was amazing! My wife found Rover & Louise last minute for our Yorkie, and we could not have been happier with the job she did. 5 stars! Highly recommend Louise to anyone looking for great care for their dog.

Louise is a wonderful dog caretaker! She is kind and attentive, both to the pups and to their parents! We got photos every day, and her home is an amazing place.

We left our puppy with her for a couple of hours so we could go to the Indian Welles Tennis Tournament. We had a meet and greet the day prior. I told her my puppy was on a low fat diet because she had pancreatitis and she needs to be watched at all times amd never left unattended. She agreed to watch her the next day. My ouppy seem to like her. Didn’t bark as we were leaving. Picked her uo and everything seemed fine until she woke up in the middle of the night with intense diarrhea and she continues to be sick and go potty every 2 hours night and day. We haven’t slept in 3 days. She is going to get an antibiotic and we are going to see an internal medicine specialist. I am furious because i feel like my instructions have been ignored. Something happened there that day. She was left roaming around the backyard unattended and must have eaten something or she was given table scraps. There were 2 other dogs in that house that day that were much older. I am furious, tired and disappointed. My puppy is very sick after staying with her. She wasn’t properly cared for.

Couldn't ask for a better experience! Charlie is a bit of a nervous dog and Louise was so caring and attentive. She went above and beyond to make the process easier on us and Charlie. Will definitely be coming back!
