Information Louise G. would like to know about your pet

Every dog has their own comfort level. If your pet will be around my family, please share how they respond to children, visitors, and a busier home environment so we can create a safe and positive experience for everyone.

A typical day

A typical day will be focused on making your pet feel comfortable, loved, and cared for. We enjoy going for walks, playing, offering lots of attention and cuddles, and taking time to let each pet enjoy activities that match their personality and energy level. For dogs, this may include outdoor walks, playtime, enrichment activities, and plenty of affection. For cats, we enjoy calm visits with play, attention, and companionship in their own familiar environment. Every pet has their own routine and preferences, so I follow their normal schedule as closely as possible to help them feel safe, happy, and relaxed while you’re away.

Pet care experience

I have been caring for dogs for over 20 years, with Shih tzus being a special part of my life since I was 20. After recently losing our beloved dog, I wanted to continue sharing my love for animals, which led my son and I to begin volunteering at the SPCA, where we enjoy walking dogs, playing with cats, and helping animals feel loved and cared for. We are an active, organized, and reliable family who believes pets are part of the family. We love providing lots of attention, playtime, cuddles, and individualized care based on each pet’s personality and needs. My son has a natural love for animals and wanted to take on this challenge as a way to learn responsibility while doing something he truly enjoys. All care is parent-supervised, and I will always ensure your pet is treated with patience, kindness, and respect. We especially enjoy caring for small dogs but are also comfortable with calm, well-mannered larger dogs. We offer drop-in visits and walks, and we look forward to making your pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.
