Kind and caring pet sitter

I’m a kind, often told I’m lovely, very thoughtful and highly respectful house sitter with a long professional background in the arts and film industry. Apart from being an experienced pet sitter, I also have the joy of working in a pet shop so I’m very familiar with all animals and have been trained to know a lot about them and their needs. I have found it works best if I look after smaller dogs and some medium, larger dogs can be very strong and this won’t be the best arrangement for myself and for you and for the dog!

Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
I don’t offer pet care in my own home, but I’m very happy to care for pets in their own environment, where they feel most comfortable and secure. When I’m in a client’s home, I make sure everything is kept safe, calm, and consistent with their usual routine. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding, walking routes, and any specific needs your pet may have. I’m very mindful of home security (locking doors, being aware on walks, etc.) and always keep a close eye on pets to make sure they’re safe and settled. I also keep the space clean and tidy, including litter trays, food areas, and any pet-related mess. My priority is always that your pet feels relaxed and well cared for, and that you feel confident everything is being looked after properly while you’re away.
Ratings and reviews
Louise was an excellent sitter, friendly punctual and considerate. It was very hot and she took care to make sure Martha was comfortable on a very uncomfortable day for dogs.

Schedule
My days are quite flexible, which means I can fit my schedule around the pets I’m caring for. When I’m not at uni, I prioritise pet sitting and make sure I’m fully present for their needs. I like to stick closely to each pet’s usual routine, as I know that’s what keeps them feeling secure and relaxed. That typically means regular feeding times, play sessions, walks (for dogs), and plenty of time to rest and settle. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that’s playing and engaging with more energetic pets or just being a calm, reassuring presence for those who prefer a quieter environment.
