Pet care is currently my full-time job, which means I have a very flexible schedule and can dedicate my time to giving your furry family members the care and attention they deserve. Every pet (and every pet parent!) has different needs, and I believe there's no one-size-fits-all approach to pet care. Whether your pet thrives on a strict routine, needs multiple potty breaks, requires medications at specific times, or simply enjoys extra cuddles and playtime, I'm happy to accommodate their individual needs. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel comfortable and confident while you're away. Please let me know what you're looking for in your pet's care, and together we'll create a plan that keeps your furry family member happy, safe, and loved while you're gone.

Information Louise C. would like to know about your pet
I do require a meet n greet prior to me taking care of your fur baby. I need at least one day notice so I can meet the fur baby to make sure they’re comfortable with me before I go into their domaine.
A typical day
We start the day off with taking up, let pups outside, feeding, then outside for potty again. Middle of the day is snack/nap time. Let the pups out for potty break and it’s also playtime. End of the day is outside, dinner, and outside. We start to wind down from the day.

Pet care experience
With over 11 years of professional pet care experience, caring for animals isn't just my job—it's my passion. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles within the animal care field, giving me a well-rounded understanding of pets and their individual needs. I've worked in several animal shelters in positions ranging from Animal Care Technician, Adoptions Counselor, Customer Service Representative, and even Shelter Manager. I've also worked at multiple doggy daycares, where I started as a Daycare Attendant in the playrooms and worked my way up to Assistant General Manager. In addition, I spent time working as a Veterinary Technician, which gave me valuable hands-on medical experience and strengthened my knowledge of animal health and care. I am also Fear-Free Certified! At home, my life revolves around my fur babies! I currently have six cats and four dogs (two of my dogs live with my mom). One of those pups is an 8-year-old Chiweenie with stranger danger, resource guarding, partial blindness, Cushing's disease, and diabetes, requiring daily insulin injections and consistent medical care. My other family dog is a sweet 10-year-old Basset Hound. Caring for pets with special medical or behavioral needs has given me firsthand experience, patience, and confidence in handling a wide variety of situations. My experience has taught me how to work with pets of all personalities and temperaments—from confident social butterflies to fearful or reactive animals. If your pet experiences stranger danger, I'll gladly schedule multiple meet-and-greets so we can build trust at your pet's pace. My goal is always to create a safe, low-stress, and positive experience for everyone involved. I'm experienced in administering medications, including insulin injections, oral medications, and other routine treatments. I understand how critical it is for pets to receive their medications on time and exactly as directed, and I take that responsibility very seriously. Whether your pet is young, senior, energetic, shy, or has special medical or behavioral needs, you can rest easy knowing they're in experienced, compassionate hands. I hope to hear from you and your fur baby (or babies) soon!🐾

Thank you again for watching my boys!

Thank you again for taking such great care of my boys!
Louise was super sweet and incredibly patient with my fickle little friend! I’ll surely use her again soon!

Louise was very responsive and easy to work with. She picked up my request very quickly and arranged for a meet and greet with my dogs. They were instantly in love with her! She was very thorough with information about feeding/bathroom/medicine times and even offered to clip their nails if needed. She provided updates as to when she was there and a left a message at my home in regards to the times they were fed and given medicine. I would highly recommend her and would absolutely use her in the future.
