I cannot recommend Louisa enough! She totally saved us when we had to head out of state last minute for a funeral. Even with the short notice, she was super punctual and jumped right in to watch our two cats. She sent a ton of photo updates, which really put us at ease, and it was obvious she gave them plenty of play time and attention. Louisa is a true animal lover and just a natural with pets.
