There truly aren't enough words to describe how incredible Louis was. From the moment we met him, we knew Ranger was in the best possible hands, but he exceeded every expectation we had. Our sweet boy, Ranger, is currently battling cancer and has a tumor in his mouth that requires medication and frequent cleaning because it bleeds. Leaving him is never easy, and we were already so anxious. Louis handled everything with so much kindness, patience, and grace. He gave Ranger his medication, cleaned the blood from his mouth without hesitation, and cared for him with so much love and compassion. Knowing someone was willing to go above and beyond for him meant more to us than we can put into words. On top of that, Louis kept us updated with tons of photos and videos, and it was so obvious that Ranger adored him. We were actually able to relax on our trip because we knew our boy was safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved. Louis is truly one of a kind, and we feel so lucky to have found him. We will be using him every chance we get, and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone without a second thought.
