Our House for Your Dog
I've had dogs my entire life. My wife and I had a pack of 3 rescue dogs, the youngest of whom recently crossed the rainbow bridge at age 17. Our dogs were always our first consideration and each of them was eventually a special-needs dog. We are taking this time to dog sit before adopting again.

Louis and Hayley were kind, thoughtful, and truly attentive while watching our dog. It gave us such peace of mind knowing that she was in good, caring hands. They took wonderful care of our 11-year-old dog, understanding her unique quirks and eccentricities with patience and affection. They sent photos and updates which we looked forward to while we were out of town. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for girl and would gladly trust them with her again!
Haley & Louis are everything you are looking for in. Rover. They ask all the right questions about your pet and are very detailed in their approach. After our initial meet and greet, I was very confident that they were the right people to take care of my dog. When I picked Charlie up and brought her home, I could just tell that she felt like she was taken care of and loved while I was gone. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Schedule
My wife and I work from home from 7 am to 5 pm, so we'll be able to give your dog constant attention. Somebody will be home nearly all times that we are caring for your dog. We're happy to meet your dog's feeding and medication schedule. We will only watch one dog (or pack) at a time.

Safety, trust & environment
We own our single-family home in a quiet Essex Junction neighborhood. The house and the yard are beagle-proofed. We have a dog door and a fenced-in yard. When the weather is warm, your dog will have continuous access to the back yard. Our neighborhood is great for dog-walking and Pearl Street Park is two blocks away; as appropriate, we will gladly walk your dog. Your dog will have the run of the house in basically the same way that our dog had the run of the house.
A typical day
Our yard is fenced-in, so your dog will be able to go out as much as they like (weather permitting). We'll also take your dog on walks around the neighborhood and/or to Pearl St Park. We have some plush toys and engagement toys that your dog can play with.
