I grew up around animals and have had two dogs and three cats over the years. At home now I've got a male dog and a female cat, so I'm used to running a house with both. The day to day side is second nature. Feeding, walks in bad weather, litter trays, medication, brushing, and clearing up when something goes wrong. I'm happy to spend half an hour on the floor playing with a dog, and I know when to leave a nervous cat alone until it comes to me on its own terms. Two things before you book. All dogs and cats staying with me need to be neutered or spayed. And because I have a cat at home, your pet needs to be comfortable around cats. I'll send photos and updates while you're away, and I'm always up for a meet and greet first so you and your pet can see how you feel about me.
