A typical day

Being a dog walker can be a rewarding experience for both you and the dogs. Here are some fun activities you can do with the dogs to keep them entertained and happy: 1. **Walks in the Park**: Explore different parks to keep the environment fresh and stimulating for the dogs. Varying the routes can make the walks more exciting. 2. **Long Walks Around the Neighborhood**: Discover new paths and interesting places in your neighborhood. These walks can help the dogs become familiar with their surroundings. 3. **Playing Fetch**: Find a safe, open area where the dogs can run and play fetch. This is a great way to expend their energy and keep them physically active. 4. **Interactive Toys**: Bring along some interactive toys like tug ropes, frisbees, or puzzle toys to engage the dogs mentally and physically. 5. **Training Sessions**: Incorporate short training sessions during the walks. Practice basic commands like sit, stay, and come. This can be both fun and beneficial for their obedience. 6. **Socialization**: If the dogs are social, arrange playdates with other dogs. This helps them improve their social skills and enjoy some playful interaction. 7. **Nature Exploration**: Take them on trails or nature walks where they can explore different scents, sights, and sounds. This provides great mental stimulation. 8. **Agility Exercises**: If you have access to an agility course or can set up a few obstacles, you can practice agility exercises with the dogs. It’s a fun way to challenge them both mentally and physically. 9. **Relaxation Time**: After a long walk or play session, find a quiet spot where you and the dogs can relax and enjoy some downtime together. I always keep the dogs’ safety in mind, ensure they are properly leashed when required, and have access to water, especially during long activities.

Pet care experience

I grew up in the Philippines, where my family owned a rice field. We were surrounded by animals: pigs, cows, dogs, cats, and chickens were all part of our everyday life. I have pet sat all different ages of animals, since I was young. My family and I love animals, and would love the opportunity to get to meet and care for your dog. I have helped sit for dogs of family members and friends, and my family. I’m very active and enjoy getting out and about!!

Louella is the BEST most loving and caring human I could have ever dreamt of to care for my sweet boy, Merlin. I am deeply grateful to know that when I have to leave town, Merlin has such a wonderful place to go!!!

Louella and her two puppies are the best! She is such a good photographer. I have been trying to get some good photos of my puppies Toki & Panda. I am so thankful that she was able to capture such good moments of sitting my pups. They were so happy and tired after a day with Louella. Highly Recommended!!

Louella truly is a dream come true!!! My dog is SO happy and so well cared for with her, I know he getting the best possible treatment ever, it truly is like the best vacation he could ever go on. It means so much to me to know he is so loved when I’m away. She’s also super kind & communicative. She was so understanding with my delayed departure and super late return to pick him up. I will ALWAYS use Louella!!!
