Fantastic service, and can’t recommend enough 😊 This was our first time to have our dog minded outside family, and it could not have gone any better!!! Drop off was seamless and we got regular updates on a daily basis (pics and videos) of how he was doing. We would book again for our next trip 💞❤️ Thank you xx xx

Lorrayne is an absolutely incredible pet sitter! I was quite anxious leaving my dog, Gruffalo, as he has a strict medication routine and detailed care instructions. Lorrayne went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. She perfectly tracked and followed his medication log using the printed copy I left behind, sending me updates to confirm everything was handled seamlessly. Throughout the stay, she was highly proactive—asking thoughtful questions about his nightly routine and potty schedule to keep him perfectly comfortable. I received frequent updates, photos, and sweet videos of him enjoying his walks and settling in beautifully. I can’t thank her enough for her dedication, flexibility, and genuine care. Just by looking at his expression in the photos I had full assurance he was in a safe and caring environment even without words. I highly recommend Lorrayne and will absolutely trust her with Gruffalo again!

Lorraine and Francini minded my 2 dogs, Liam and Floki, for 4 days and I couldn’t be happier with the care they gave them. They sent loads of pictures and videos every day, which really helped me relax and see that the dogs were happy and settled. There were also other dogs around for them to play with, which they clearly enjoyed. Liam is very nervous around new people, but Lorraine and Francini were so patient with him and gave him the time and space he needed until they earned his trust. That meant a lot to me. Both Liam and Floki came back happy and well looked after. I’d definitely recommend Lorraine and Francini and would happily leave my dogs with them again.

Lorrayne was a wonderful dog sitter to our dog, Reggie. Reggie stayed with Lorrayne for 10 nights and he hasn't stayed with anyone outside of family before. Reggie was so well looked after and Lorrayne made him and us feel at ease. Lorrayne provided us with plenty of photo and video updates and gave Reggie extra care and attention. I would especially reccommend her if your dog is sensitive or you are leaving them with a sitter for the first time. Lorrayne is very organised and ensures that your pet has everything they need for their stay. When booking future holidays and trips abroad I will make sure that Lorrayne has availability as I was so pleased with Reggie's first stay with her.

Lorrayne and her partner took such great care of Sam! Sam was absolutely knocked out after the day they had playing. They also took millions of picas and kept you up to date with what they were up to throughout the day. I highly recommend Lorrayne and would book her again for sure 💖

Liam and Floki had a great time at Lorrayne’s loving home. You can easily tell that they are dog lovers. My dog Liam is really nervous around new people, they had the patience and care to get him to trust them. Lorrayne sent pictures and videos to update us all the time. I definitely recommend and would repeat :)
