I can't imagine a life without an animal to share it with. As a retired Chiropractor, when considering options for my new profession, I realized the perfect fit for me would be working with animals. I have always had a pet of some kind throughout my life. I've had a lifetime of experience caring for them. I have had the good fortune to share my life with dogs and cats of all ages. I believe all pets deserve love and excellent care and I look forward to meeting and caring for your pet or animal family soon!

Safety, trust & environment
I will sit with your pets in your home as a drop in visit or overnight within a 38 mile radius. I will travel as far north as Colorado Springs with an additional mileage fee. I will feed, water, give treats, between meal snacks, let out or walk well behaved dogs up to 50lbs and play with your fur babies as per your instructions. If you have house plant pets, I will happily water them too.

We have never had a better house sitter than Lorraine! She was attentive to every detail, an excellent communicator, and most importantly - wonderful with our cat. He wasn't even "mad" at us when we got home! :) Thanks for everything! We look forward to working with Lorraine again very soon!
Lorraine was exceptional. We were a bit nervous leaving our new rescue dogs for the first time with someone they did not know. Lorraine set our mind as ease from the very beginning. She seemed to like our dogs a lot and learn their different quirky personalities. It sure made our vacation a lot more enjoyable knowing our dogs were taken care of. We will definitely be using Lorraine again in the future.
Having known Lorraine for a number of years, I am very confident in recommending her sweet, personalized, trustworthy, dependable, and conscientious care. She has cared for our normally shy and elusive cat,"Sylvester", in the past. To our pleasant surprise, he did take to her immediately and loves her reassuring and inviting "kitty purr" to let him know he's special. As far as he's concerned, "Aunt Lori" can come visit him anytime!
I want to say what a wonderful pet loving caring person Lori is. I have known her for a long time and she's very good with all animals. I have moved away she used to be my neighbor and now she comes down and house sits for me and takes care of my pet, and does a very good job at it, I highly recommend her to take care of animals. She is very kind and courteous.
Having known Lorraine for 35 years, I can definitely say that animals are in the forefront of her consciousness! Any pet placed in her care can feel confident of receiving the finest, most attentive, most loving attention possible.
My pets love Lori! My dog knows her by name and gets so excited when I say “aunt Lori” is coming to visit. She’s so good with my dog and my senior cat. Always brings treats but has always asked my permission too! I’ve met Lori’s pets as well. They’re two very happy and friendly dogs. She also takes really great care of all her loved ones. Lori is very easy to communicate with and she’s always on time.

Schedule
I am currently available 5 days per week. For extended stays and vacations, up to 10 days. Overnight stays are welcome as well as specific days of the week. Weekends and most holidays are OK.
