I volunteer weekly at the local animal shelter, and I am trained as a “Dog Team” member at the shelter—specifically focused on handling difficult dogs, walking, metal enrichment, socialization and some training. ***Currently not offering boarding or doggy daycare*** DOG WALKING: • Size, breed, or energy level doesn't matter — I love them all! • Available to walk dogs Mon-Sun, up to 2Xs/day DROP-INS (visit your residence): • Up to 2 times/day (feeding, potty breaks, poop/litterbox cleanup, play, cuddling, etc.) • Dispensing meds okay • Puppies okay • Bathing (additional fee) • Walking Dogs (additional fee) **SCHEDULE NOTE** I am usually away from my home Sunday mornings, between 10:30am-1pm.

I have a large, enclosed backyard—enough space for a game of fetch. I also live in a neighborhood with lots of green spaces and walking paths to take in all the sniffs a dog could want. I love to make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise, if needed. This includes a leashed walk (or two) per day, outside play (i.e. fetch, tug of war, water play), and mental stimulation (i.e. enrichment toys, snuffle mats, chew toys). If needed, I can continue to reinforce any training your dog has received. If your dog is more of a homebody, they can just hang out with me on the couch! I can use a crate or no crate—whatever your dog prefers. I allow dogs on my furniture and they are free to explore my house.

This is the first time using this service. I didn’t like idea of stranger coming in. Meeting her relaxed me. Very nice lady. She knew about what to do with senior dogs.
Our 2 Yorkie pups spent a week with Lorissa and we're delighted with their care. She finds out their likes and routines and provided daily updates for us. Lorissa's home was their home away from home and we won't hesitate to seek her services again.

My dogs remembered Lorissa and did not need any time to warm up even though they hadn’t seen her in over a month. Rocko was absolutely ready to get inside her home when we dropped them off. I just cannot rave about her enough! She followed their care and kept their routine as much as possible. She took our dogs on a midday walk and another walk in the evening, even with the dense fog we were having! She let them sleep with her in bed during the boarding and let them cuddle with her throughout the day on the couch. Highly recommend booking her if she’s available!
Lorissa is always 5⭐️with her dog day care, drop-in visits & boarding. As a regular client, when I pick up my girls they always seemed so happy and didn’t want to leave her house, they’re so comfy and love her so much. We’re sad that she’s fully booked and will not be able to accommodate us for a bit until she has availability again. Looking forward to more services with her as soon as possible. Me & my girls will truly miss her🫶🏻thank you so much for everything. You’ve been amazing with their safety, play time & cuddles!

Schedule
What does your pet need? I try to be as flexible as possible to meet their needs. I love a nice daily walk in the mornings (before 10am) and evenings (4-7pm). If your dog loves a car ride and/or being social, I will happily take them with me while I’m out and about around town. If your dog is a homebody, I’ll stick around home and just do some online shopping. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, mentally stimulated (if necessary), and loved while in my care. I can accommodate complicated feeding schedules and medical needs on a case-by-case basis.
