I cannot recommend my pet sitter highly enough! From the very beginning, she was professional, communicative, and genuinely caring toward my pets. She provided regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. What impressed me most was the attention and affection she showed. It was clear that my pets were not just being watched—they were being cared for like family. She was attentive to their routines, needs, and personalities, and I came home to happy, relaxed pets and a spotless home. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and truly passionate about animals, look no further. I would gladly book with her again and recommend her to anyone who wants exceptional care for their pets. Five stars all the way!

LoriAnn is the absolute best! She was very kind with her time in meeting me extremely early in the morning since I have a crazy schedule! She was incredibly accommodating. She and her family took extra special tender care of my tiny pup. The children ran with the puppy until he was so exhausted .. he passed out and had big wonderful naps. LoriAnn took Booker Bleu for perfect strolls in the grassy areas around her house and kept a close eye on BB. I just can’t recommend her enough! She’s very kind and very loving with animals!! I dropped G off and everything seemed ok however Loriann had mentioned just the day before that she would not be watching G but her sister would. When I went to pick him up I had to knock on the door at least 4 times before she answered. She came to the door with G in her arms and would not let me in I told her that I needed his blanket, leash and harness at which point I entered while she looked. I noticed G had peed on the floor and he was extremely anxious to leave. As soon as I left he pooped on the sidewalk. I really do not think he was put outside every 2 hours as we asked (because he’s 16 years old and needs to go out often. There was a dog area right outside their door so I really do not understand why they didn’t bring him there. I was also practically rushed out the door. When we got home he wanted to go on a long walk. I’ve had excellent dog sitters in the past and would not recommend Loriann.

I would not recommend this sitter at all… If you care about your pets and expect honest and open communication about their safety during their stay, please read this and avoid ending up in my situation. Learn from my experience. This stay was completely unacceptable, misleading, and nothing like what I expected. I booked care for my senior dog and my cat. Throughout the entire stay, the sitter told me they were doing great and sent photos and videos. Pickup was smooth; she told me everything was fine. 3 days after the booking ended, she even messaged me about the items I accidentally left behind and arranged a time for me to pick them up. So imagine my shock when I received an email from Rover about an alleged incident involving my dog. I have no idea what this incident supposedly was because our entire Rover conversation shows zero mention of anything happening. When I reached out to the sitter right after receiving Rover’s message, I was met with silence. Days later, I still have no response from someone who used to reply in minutes… No explanation, no courtesy, nothing. I’m now left wondering what happened and hoping nothing serious occurred that I can’t physically see! My pets were boarded for 7 days, and I messaged the sitter frequently. I was told everything was fine every time. To make it worse, I was only informed after drop-off that she was boarding other dogs at the same time during my booking, something I should have been told beforehand. I am not against other pets being boarded as well, but this should be told to owners before they confirm on a booking. There were multiple people and pets in the home, and I have no idea what the interactions with my pets were actually like and what happened The flip from “everything is perfect” to secretly filing a report behind my back was shocking, incredibly stressful, and deeply unsettling. I deserved honesty and transparency as a pet owner, especially when the sitter had multiple opportunities to tell me. We communicated through Rover chats, on the phone at pickup, and when I returned for my items. I received neither. I will not book again. Please book at your own discretion.

She was great and very communicative. Scooter always came home super happy.

Loriann took care of my cat named Dotty for two days. She provided pictures of Dotty each day. Which provided me a sense of ease, because Dotty is shy around new people. Overall Loriann did great on taking care of my furrbaby Dotty.
