I am a high-school teacher with full availability during summer and breaks. I'm limited to 6 am, 3:30 pm, and 8 pm during the school year. My grandparents ran a very reputable boarding kennel as I was growing up and they were also trainers, so I've been around dogs my whole life. I've been involved with all aspects of dog rescue (including hands-on shelter work for about four years), but I've mostly focused on fostering and transporting the past decade. I currently have four spoiled dogs of my own, and I’ve been a dog owner for 22 years. I'm also familiar and comfortable with cats. I have many local references for cat care.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a 6-foot privacy fence for my dogs, but we do not leave them out unsupervised. I would show the same care in a client's home. Also, I can guarantee that I would be overboard with safety/escape precautions, as I’ve had experience with runners/bolters.
Ratings and reviews
I would give her a 10 if available, she was terrific with my boy. He is a very stubborn boy, and I was worried about leaving him. Lori was patient and coaxed him out. The day I got the first picture of her petting him I felt so much better and it improved my vacation immensely. Thanks for everything Lori !!!!!!!!!!!!
Lori has been amazing to our 3 babies while we’ve been gone for 10 days on a Caribbean cruise! I’ve never felt more as peace knowing they are being well taken care of while we are out of the country. THANK YOU Lori!!! We appreciate you so much!!!!

Reliable!
My dogs loved Lori!! She was great at communicating. My dogs ended up getting sick right before I left town, and she gave them special attention while I was away. She came and met them the day before I left. I have one dog that is a barker and he warmed up to her right away. I would happily have her back to care for my dogs!
Lori was amazing with our dog crew! She was in communication with us every day so we could see how everyone was adjusting. Our rescue crew can be a little standoffish at first but Lori gained their trust immediately. It put my mind at ease knowing they were so well cared for while I was away. I wholeheartedly recommend her services!
