25 plus years Animal Welfare professional. I have been a Director for a Non Profit Animal Rescue for over 15 years. Hosting thousands of pets over the years to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home these wonderful creatures. My home is pet friendly, with fenced yard with freedom to play. Special needs boarding is my expertise. Everyone deserves to travel and not worry about their pet. Pets with special needs are welcome. Medical conditions that require daily medication or Ex:) Diabetes that require Insulin injections are no problem. Behavior issues are also accepted. ex. cranky Chihuahua . No problem. These pets deserve a loving place to relax while family enjoys travel. Large Anxiety dogs or aggressive large dogs are on a case by case basis . May not be accepted . Call for personal Information.

My pup had a great time with Lori and her welcoming dogs! She was super flexible and I never worried about mine because she loves each one as her own.
I’m the type of fur baby parent who won’t leave her babies with just anyone. They are treated at my house better than most humans so when finding someone to watch them while out of town, I’m incredibly fussy. Lori has been watching my dogs for at least 10 years. I’ve had some with extreme special needs and never had to worry about them getting the care they need. Lori treats the babies as if they are her own. They have the run of the house and fenced yard and if they feel like being in her bed, they do that too. Lori sends me videos or pictures just to give me updates but I know without a doubt they are in the best care. Having someone who has many years of animal welfare under her belt, she’s the best choice when you need to have a babysitter!
