About Me: - I am a mature, responsible adult and a homeowner. - I respect your home and will leave your home in the same condition as when you left. - I am a non-smoker and live a healthy lifestyle - this means I can guarantee there will be no parties or drugs in your home. - I have a scent allergy so very appreciative if air fresheners, etc., are removed when I am house-sitting or doing check-ins. My Services: - I stay very close to my service area of North Port Coquitlam and Burke Mountain area. - Prefer to do drop-in visits and dog walks between 9am and 4pm. - My nightly rate is based on one dog, please be sure to add additional profiles for your additional cats, dogs or other pets to ensure the Rover Guarantee coverage and an accurate quote. - During overnight stays should there be a security issue I will contact the appropriate authorities on your behalf. - Regular garbage pick-up days, mail pick-up, accepting deliveries, etc., will be taken care of as you request. - Outdoor plant care/watering can be done for a small fee. - I stay in contact with pet owners while they are away and send pictures unless requested otherwise. Meet and Greet: - I will always do a meet and greet session free of charge before accepting a request from a new client so we can both decide if we are a good fit. - I ask a lot of questions about your pet's routine so it stays as consistent as possible. I try to use vocabulary they are used to and I can usually accommodate their personal quirks if you let me know what they are :-)

I do not currently offer pet care in my home but can sometimes offer it in an emergency situation. I basically get a lot of information about your pet's daily routine, how they communicate what they want, what their favourite toys and games are, and of course all their nightly routines, especially if there is a treat involved!

We used Rover for the first time and selected Lori to look after our cat Ringo for a week. We couldn’t have been happier. Lori is absolutely fantastic! Lori met with us a few days before we left to go over Ringo’s needs and routine. While we were away, she did a great job keeping in regular communication with us and providing us with photos. We came home and it was as though we’d never left. Ringo was in great spirits and it was clear that he had been well taken care of by Lori. In addition, Lori took out garbage and recycling on garbage day and left our house spotless. We wouldn’t have even known that someone had been there. We will definitely use Lori again and again. She’s more than a five star… She’s a six star! Thanks Lori.
Lori took wonderful care of our high energy Border Collie while we were away, giving her daily walks and lots of attention. We highly recommend Lori and will absolutely be booking her again.

Schedule
I am able to offer pet care by carefully scheduling my day around their routines. I have a few clients who receive regularly scheduled walks or check-ins, therefore if I am housesitting I do need to leave your home at fairly specific times. I ask clients what time they need me to arrive on the first day and what time to stay until on the last day, as it helps me manage the many moving parts of keeping everyone happy and cared for, as well as take care of other tasks.
