Your Special Dog is My One and Only
The greater joys and attachments in life have come to me by the way of my dogs. I have always had a strong connection with my pets and have been accused on many occasions of treating my furry friends as well as, or better than humans. I'm extremely picky about the cleanliness and comfort of my house yet cannot imagine it being a home without the wonderful energy that only a pet can give it. Having taken in and assisted in the care of pets over many years, my file at a local veterinarian's office is ridiculously thick. It is that same veterinarian who shared with me that when he passes it would be his wish to come back as one of my pets. Be assured, I will love and care for your pet! My home is a warm and peaceful place- free from drama, full of good energy. I believe animals can keenly sense when they’re in a safe place from the moment they step into your space. They’re also acutely aware when it’s not. For the select pets who prefer staying in their own home while their humans are away, I enter in to your home with love, and respect of your space. I exercise discretion, as staying in your home requires a level of privacy that will be protected. I always vow to leave a property as clean and cared for as when I first entered it.

Lori was great. Very responsive and open to working with us short notice. She wad patient with our dog who was going through lots of change and was out of sorts. We absolutely appreciate Lori!
Lori took great care of our little senior dog! He has some special needs with his food and medicines and she did a great job, we didn’t have to worry while we were on vacation. He got the royal treatment!
There are not adequate words to articulate just how much we all fell in love with Lori. In every imaginable way, Lori was the perfect dog sitter. She loved on our pup just as much as we do, and the daily updates clearly showed that both Lori and our dog were completely enjoying each other's company. Our dog had such a happy week hanging out with her new best pal! Honestly (and entirely selfishly), our dog wasn't the only one who absolutely adored Lori. Our whole family just LOVED the chance to get to know her and to have a chance to interact with this human ray of sunshine. Lori is an absolute magnet, and you can't resist just wanting to be around her. No wonder our dog had such a great time!! Lori is delightful! I never thought I would trust leaving my dog with someone as much as we trusted Lori. What peace of mind to have a dear and trusted friend like this in our lives.
I love that Lori was able to give her full attention to my Frenchie - my dog was very comfortable there and got walks and lots of snuggles during her weekend stay. Lori also sent me texts, pictures and videos every day while I was gone which I really appreciated!
Lori was simply amazing! She took such good care of our Ozzy and we got regular updates while we were away! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our pup!
I booked a stay with Lori due to being induced for labor and she was so accommodating! I just know Sophie was in good hands during her stay and loved her sitter!

Schedule
Having spent a significant time in overseas travel, I found it unbearable from the moment I departed from home until I landed back home- my two dogs were always on my mind and in my heart. They were like my children. When I take care of your fur baby, they will be my one and only concern.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a wonderful yard that is fully fenced- it’s a slice of heaven for any pup! I don’t keep them outside, especially when it’s too warm or too cold. I’ve never understood dog owners kenneling their dogs outside, having little interaction.
A typical day
I engage with each dog based on their wants, and their needs. Dogs will absolutely let you know that it’s time for their time in the park or whether they would like a bit of space. A simple rattle of a leash and I know whether they’re game.
