A teacher available odd hours
I visit my friends' dogs for cuddles and play. (I can't have my own fur babies due to family members' allergies.) I work in Peoria schools so am used to being firm and caring with humans. I'm also very active and enjoy walking in all (okay, most) weather. As my own kids get older and I add a side gig, pet care is a natural fit!

Safety, trust & environment
I ask pet owners for pet-specific tips when I first meet the pet, or even earlier. I want to know where their pets go when they are stressed, what they are allowed to do and climb on, and of course their feeding and exercise schedules. I don't currently care for pets in my home due to family members' allergies.
Ratings and reviews
Lori is fantastic with my 3 dogs, who are large and can be a lot to handle!! She's also great with my ex-husband's large dog, who comes over a lot. She's assertive with them, so they don't boss her around. They love her to bits and are always excited to see her and snuggle with her. She's very loving and affectionate. I can high recommend her for anyone's fur babies!!
Lori is dependable and patient with my dog. She’s attentive, trustworthy and flexible. Additionally, she is a clear communicator, I heartily recommend her for dog walking!

Schedule
I work school hours so am often available early mornings, evenings, and weekends. I am also available some holidays. I usually know my schedule weeks or months ahead, making it easy for you to plan for your vacation!
