Availability
My schedule is very flexible, and I can generally fit in even last minute pet sitting requests. I love to bond with new cats and I try to make sure every stay has at least one standout photo!

Safety, trust & environment
I'm very attentive to your animals' needs--happy to play with the cats or leave them alone if that is what they need and generally be around for as much affection as they'd like.
Information Lori E. would like to know about your pet
Would love to know if you cat has any favorite hiding spots, where the broom is so I can sweep up around the litter box before you get home, and how your cat or dog likes to interact with new people.
A typical day
I usually bring my laser toy to see if cats want to play, but I try to let them let me know how much attention/affection they want. It always feels like an achievement when a shy cat warms up to me!

True cat lover! 195+ happy clients
Pet care experience
Experienced & Caring Cat Specialist | 20+ Years Cat Care Experience | 195+ Happy Clients I've been caring for cats with Rover since 2022. I'm a very responsible retired librarian (the cat loving stereotype is real) who feels privileged to care for your pets. Experienced with medication administration (oral liquids, pills, topical treatments) for both my own cats and many clients. My 18.5-year-old senior cat has taught me patience and attention to detail with medical needs. I try to make my cat clients as comfortable as possible by observing them for behavioral clues—do they want pets or to be left alone, will this one warm up after some time playing, who needs extra treats? I typically spend 20+ minutes per visit (after feeding/litter duties) sitting on the floor letting them get used to me (or doling out cheek scritches!). And I always send lots of photos and thorough notes about each visit.

Reviews

Lori was great. She took on my last minute care request for my cat. Great pics! Good communication.

Lori always does an awesome job! Theo loves him!

Lori did a great job with our kitty on short notice! Appreciate it!

I’m very grateful for Lori! Thank you for coming back to check on the boys after not being able to get in the first time and going back to give one of my cats extra medication. Maurice seems to be doing better and is transitioning to his new diet. You are a life saver :)
