Pet's best friend
I had always had pets in my life. My latest dog was Bear , a Bernese who lived to 13 years. I also have had cats and have one now who is a joy. I have taken care of puppies, kittens , senior dogs and young energized dogs. I also had a horse for many years, chickens and goats. So I have lots of experience with the household animal kingdom. I am retired and in good physical shape. I welcome adding some new friends to my life. My lack of schedule can work around the needs of the pets I have a fenced yard and spend a lot of my time there. My pets pretty much have run of the house. I will try to stick with the arrangements they have at home...like a crate or special mat.

Lori was a life saver. She was able to accommodate a last minute booking and was understanding when traffic caused us to be late for pick up. She has a nice fenced yard for your dog to hang out in. We received daily updates and pictures. Lori is a straight shooter so you can expect transparency in expectations and in your communications. Raya seemed happy and I felt complete trust in Lori as a dog sitter despite having just met her.
Lori was amazing with our 3yo golden doodle! First time leaving her. Her personality wasn't going to fit into a large multi doggy centre for our 3 days away. Lori provided her a safe, wonderful home where she felt cared for. Lori kept her busy with walks. And sent us pictures over the weekend. Millie looked happy, and Lori helped her become a little more social with other dogs. We would highly recommend Lori to anyone who is apprehensive about leaving their dog for the weekend. Thank you so much Lori!
Lori was phenomenal. She took really good care of Luna who is a high energy husky. She was very responsive took photos and brought her on many walks. Would recommend Lori anytime.
Lori was great with Titan. A nice warm house that is animal friendly.
Lori is so great! She took Gus for 3 nights and he had the best time- too good I don’t think he wanted to go home 😁 We highly recommend Lori and would defo have Gus stay with her again!
Lori was excellent with Miche. I don’t think you could find anyone who cares for a dog better. Miche came back exhausted and played out, and you could tell she was fulfilled all weekend. Lori was super accommodating and communicated well throughout the stay. Anyone who wants to ensure their dog is well looked after should go with Lori!
