Lori B is the BEST dog walker I’ve had so far in the local Greenbrier/Springfield area. Timely communications. Prompt.
Maxwell and I met with Lori and her husband before his stay with them. He quickly made himself at home and took a liking to them. I had no worries leaving Maxwell in their care as they are great parents to 2 dogs. I would definitely rebook with them.
Lori is fabulous! She took EXCELLENT care of our babies. We even forgot to get a preferred treat for our dog to take her pills in and Lori went out of her way to get it so our girl wouldn’t be sad. She went above and beyond! All of our animals (even our most skittish cat) loved her immediately. Her daily updates after every visit made us feel so at ease during our trip. Also normally after a trip our babies are standoffish or SUPER clingy and they’re acting as if we haven’t even been gone. She made their lives feel normal and kept their routine. This was our first time using Rover, and we’re so very pleased with Lori’s care for our babies! We will definitely use her sitting services again.
