Lori was fantastic! So attentive and loving. Kali definitely got lots of lovin’ and spoiling! Lori is truly a fur baby lover, and it shows. Was ALWAYS on time and sent excellent Kali card reports. Her communication with me was flawless. Finally feel I’ve found a “no-brainer” solution for times I have to leave town! Thank you, Lori. We’ll see you again soon!

We appreciated Lori’s help in a last minute situation. We were in the area for an event and staying in a hotel. We had an afternoon where we would not be able to get back to the hotel in a timely manner to let our dog out for a potty break, and were lucky enough to find Lori on Rover in our vicinity. She agreed to come to the hotel and walk our elderly dog, Athena, plus spend some time with her making sure she was comfortable back in our room. Lori was a pleasure to work with and we appreciate her dependability and commitment. She also had to work outside of normal conditions because we had to follow hotel security protocol and we appreciate Lori’s ability to adapt quickly and do everything possible to ensure that Athena was well taken care of in our absence. We would automatically contact Lori again the next time we are in the area. She was such a professional to work with!!

I have known Lori for nearly six years, and based on the care she has provided for my dogs and cat, I can say without hesitation that she is one of the most compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy people I know. I can say this with confidence because I've watched Lori earn the trust of my most challenging cat, who has a long history of distrusting nearly everyone. Seeing that bond develop spoke volumes about her calm, intuitive approach and genuine love for animals. She is incredibly knowledgeable about pet care, communicates clearly, follows instructions carefully, and is someone you can count on completely. One of Lori's greatest qualities is that she genuinely cares. She doesn't simply "watch" pets—she forms meaningful connections with them and treats them as if they were part of her own family. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, attentive, experienced, and truly devoted to the well-being of your pet, I cannot recommend Lori highly enough.
