Loretta has been wonderful with my cat, Peach! I’ve booked her almost 10 times now, including for a few last-minute requests, and she’s always been reliable, responsive, and caring. It gives me great peace of mind knowing Peach is in such good hands. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter! 🐱💕

My cat was happy and healthy when I returned, and all required tasks were completed. However, I had several significant issues with this booking that make it difficult for me to recommend this sitter. Our initial meet-and-greet/key handoff was concerning. Loretta arrived nearly an hour late after attempting to reschedule last minute, and then stayed in my apartment for close to an hour. She also brought along her two-year-old child without advance notice. My apartment is not child-proofed, and during the visit her child damaged and threw items, including expensive decorative candles. Loretta left my apartment messy afterward. Had I had time to find another sitter, I would have. After this initial meeting, I explicitly asked that her child not be brought back into my apartment due to safety concerns and the prior damage. Loretta initially agreed, but once I was already out of town, she asked again if she could bring her child on certain dates. She ultimately did bring her child for at least one check-in. While no further damage occurred, I was uncomfortable having my clearly stated boundary pushed after we had already discussed it. We also discussed visit timing. I agreed to flexible check-ins, but asked that they generally stay within an afternoon window and not occur very early or late out of respect for my roommate. Despite this, visits sometimes happened as early as 10am or as late as after 10pm, which felt well outside the bounds of what we had agreed upon. Finally, regarding interaction with my cat: I clearly disclosed upon our first meeting that I have cameras in the apartment. While I did receive photos of playtime and did see some engagement, the majority of the time I observed Loretta sitting on the couch wearing headphones and scrolling on her phone while my cat sought attention. My cat is social and was clearly looking for interaction, which was often ignored. Overall, while the basic care was completed and my cat was safe, the lack of professionalism, boundary issues, and inconsistent engagement made this a stressful experience. This may work for some households, but it was not the right fit for me.

Loretta is a great kitty sitter. I loved that she engaged with my foster kitties and even tried to find my shy guy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking.

We found Loretta to be professional, responsive and reliable and she went above and beyond sending a lot of photos and letting us know how the kitties were doing. Highly recommend!

This was the third time Loretta has taken care of my cat Peach, and once again, she was amazing! Loretta is incredibly reliable, attentive, and thoughtful — I always feel at ease knowing Peach is in such good hands. She keeps me updated, notices the little things, and genuinely cares about Peach’s well-being and happiness. Peach is always relaxed and content when I return, and I can tell she really enjoys Loretta’s company. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust and rely on. Thank you again, Loretta!
