My friends call me the pet whisper!
Hey! A little bit about my experiences: I have taken care of my friends' pets when they are gone on vacation. The longest time a pet has stayed with me is about 2 weeks. I love taking them for multiple walks daily, especially since I live in an apartment. I keep constant communication with their owner while they are in my care. I try to teach them something new; playtime is the best time! When I was younger, I had a cocker spaniel mix and a Lab, so I can handle small and large dogs. Doggies are my absolute favorites, and with our newest member, Ellioni, kitties have won my heart. Thank you for trusting me with them, and I can't wait to meet your beloved pets!

There’s no option for a zero review so here’s one star for this sitter. She was respectful is the only positive thing I can say. I came back from my vacation to my dog being terribly sick. My dog was not sick before staying with her. Halfway into the 5 day stay she texted me about her cats being afraid of my small dog . Actually what happened is a mystery but she told me I needed to find another sitter . The other river sitter picked her up . Lorena gave her my dog with pee pass which I did not provide because my dog poops outside and pees outside as well. Brilliant Lorena texted me not to worry that my dog didn’t eat her cats food. I never asked and might be how my dog got sick or what. no wonder she was in a hurry to get rid of my dog. If your dogs trained and you want them to lose those habits and end with a sick dog, Lorena is perfect for you. The
Lorena was great! She took our dog last minute . She stayed in communication with me through out my trip away from my dog! I highly recommend
Lorena takes care of my three month old kitten often as I have a busy schedule and don’t like to leave him alone. During the time she has him, she’s super responsive to my messages and sends me videos and pictures throughout the day. He’s a wild kitty but she handles him really well! Provides him with adequate playtime and always makes sure he’s fed. He’s always so happy with her and I never have to worry about him. Definitely will continue to have her kitten sit!!
Lorena watched my dog and 2 cats and birds while on vacation. Not only did she arrive on time to feed them and walk my dog but she kept me updated with pictures and even FaceTime me to let me see my babies. She kept them happy , brushed their fur and played with my dog. When not on vacation she has babysat my 3 daughters ages from 2-8. She’s very responsible, kind and can entertain them. Overall I trust Lorena with my most important possessions my kids and pets.
Lorena dog sat Max while I was away on a trip. She was very attentive. She made sure to walk him every day as long as the weather permitted. She made sure to check in with me and send me daily pictures of Max. Max is typically wary around new people but by the second day Max loved being around her.
Lorena took care of my dog for over a week while I was on vacation. She took him on daily walks and took good care of him. He was happy when I picked him up.

Schedule
I am a full-time teacher who is currently off because of summer break. My schedule is open for the next two and a half months. I enjoy pets, and it is a relaxing break from my daily responsibilities.

My husband works from home; therefore, I cannot board at my apartment, but I am willing to stay over yours if needed. Thank you for understanding.

A typical day
I love to stimulate pets mentally and physically. I love taking dogs on walks and exploring the outdoors. I'm an expert at playing catch. Additionally, I have hours of practice playing hunt with cats (lasers or cat wands).
