Dog sitter!
I have hands-on experience caring for my own much-loved dachshund, Nelly, who has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding each dog’s individual personality and needs! Raising her has given me practical experience with daily care, exercise, feeding routines, and providing a safe, loving environment for my girl! I have a genuine passion for dogs and enjoy spending time outdoors, nature walks and exploring new places together. I’m also happy taking dogs on safe car journeys when needed. My priority is ensuring every dog in my care feels happy, comfortable, and treated as if they were part of my own family. I understand that every dog deserves plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and companionship while their owners are away just as I like whilst I am away. My dachshund will be present unless specifically requested for during booking but she is friendly and loves to play. I have experience in issuing daily medication and monitoring dogs behaviour, diet and intake. I encourage owners to bring their dog beds during boarding!

Lorena has regularly looked after my Cat Jasper and dog Daisy over the last few years while myself and partner go on holiday. She also walks my dog during the week when we are both working away during the day. Lorena is attentive and has stuck to my cats strict dietary requirements and medication regime while we are away ensuring he continues his treatments and we always feel confident leaving our pets with her. She does the same on some occasions with our dog when she needs medications (due to her age related issues). Lorena cares for our dog very well as she is 15 years old and does require extra care and attention due to this. We have never had any issues and will continue to use Lorena for pet sitting and walking!

Schedule
I am a current primary teacher in Glasgow. During my school holidays I love to dog-board, sit and walk! I love all things animals and walking. I treat dogs as my own, and a part of our family.

I have a friendly and welcoming mini dachshund at home in our flat and a garden downstairs. All dogs welcome in our home - even on our sofa! If you are looking someone trustworthy and caring for your little one, please reach out!
