I have hands-on experience caring for dogs at all life stages, from young puppies to senior and geriatric dogs. I currently have two dogs myself — one senior and one puppy — so I am very familiar with both ends of the spectrum, from energy and training needs to patience and special care. I have trained my own dogs and have also worked alongside professional trainers to develop specific skills, which has given me a good understanding of dog behaviour and positive training methods. I enjoy continuing to learn and regularly work on training and enrichment with my dogs. Through my experience volunteering in dog shelters and working with rescued animals, I am comfortable with different temperaments, including dogs that may be anxious, reactive, or need extra time to build trust. I am attentive, calm, and reliable, and I always adapt to each dog’s individual needs and routine.
