Maya had a brilliant first stay and we couldn’t be happier. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates, photos and videos, which really put us at ease. Her setup is perfect for dogs and from the moment we dropped Maya off, we could tell she was going to settle in quickly. She was also great with Maya’s feeding routine and medicine, which Maya is currently on. When we picked her up, Maya was happy and clearly well looked after, especially considering it was her first time staying there. We feel really comfortable and settled knowing Maya will be going back for her next few visits. Highly recommend!
Lorena has been absolutely amazing with Alfie. She was constantly with him, sending me videos, updates, and keeping in touch all the time, which made me feel so relaxed and reassured. Her place is perfect for dogs, with a beautiful big garden, and Alfie clearly loved it. He looked calm, happy, and very relaxed during his stay. I could really see that he was cared for with love and attention. Thank you Lorena, we will definitely come back!
This was Havens second stay with Lorena and she had a fantastic time. Lorena sent photos and updates on request which I appreciated very much. Haven was well looked after and enjoyed the huge space to run around and play with new friends. Thank you so much Lorena for looking after Haven. I would have no hesitation in rebooking.
