I've taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old and I have had two cats since 2008. Friends have also often asked me to take care of their pets when they are out of town.

I live in a neighborhood with many sidewalks and trails along with there being two parks within just a few minutes walk, all of which make walking a breeze. I also have a number of cat toys and scratchers.

Loren is a life saver! We had a last minute urgent need to keep our rescue dog Markita in Belington for 5 days until her new owner could pick her up. Loren and her family went above and beyond - not only by providing Markita with a safe and loving place to stay, Loren actually travelled to pick her up from transport, bought her food and toys, coordinated the communication with Markita's new adopter. As a dog rescue group, we are beyond impressed with Loren's ability to navigate complicated logistics involved in Markita's Washington journey. Thank you Loren and the family! My elderly dog LOVES staying with Loren! She gets lots of love and snuggles and doesn't have other dogs bothering her in her retirement. I feel safe knowing that she is in a quiet, peaceful environment as she is easily stressed. Repeat visitor and will definitely be back!

Loren and his wife jackie were amazing!!! they were super flexible around our schedule with our house being under construction for longer than we anticipated. penny was happy to come home but we could tell she really enjoyed her time with them!!
