I’ve loved animals my whole life. I grew up with cats and dogs around the house, so caring for them feels second nature, not a job. Whether it’s a quick drop-in visit, a daytime hang, a walk around the block, or an overnight stay, I treat every pet like part of the family while you’re away. I’m attentive to each animal’s routine and personality: feeding schedules, medication needs, favorite toys, or just knowing when a dog wants to play and when a cat wants to be left alone. You can expect regular updates and photos so you always know your pet is safe, comfortable, and well-loved. I offer boarding, daycare, walks, and drop-in visits - happy to work around whatever your pet needs.

I was out of the state for a few months and couldn't take my Cane Corso (Veles) puppy with me. Lola took good care of him while I was gone, fed and walked him on time, as my baby boy is building a schedule. For sure will have Lola around again as it seems Veles liked her.

Schedule
Mornings start with a check-in cuddle and a feeding if it’s their usual time, followed by a walk or some yard time to burn off morning energy. Throughout the day, your pet gets plenty of attention: playtime, belly rubs, and naps on the couch if that’s their style. My son is part of the routine too. He adores dogs and loves helping with walks and playtime, so your pet gets even more love and energy throughout the day. Evenings wind down with a calm walk, dinner, and settling in for the night, with updates and photos sent your way so you can see how their day went. Every pet’s routine looks a little different, and I’m happy to follow whatever schedule keeps them happiest and most comfortable.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety always comes first, whether in my home or theirs. I keep a close eye on pets at all times, never leaving them unsupervised in unfamiliar situations, and I make sure my home is pet-proofed with no hazardous items within reach, and a calm, comfortable space for them to settle in. In a client’s home, I respect their routines and rules, keep the house secure, and make sure doors and gates stay closed so pets can’t slip out. For dogs especially, walks are on a secure leash, and I’m attentive to other animals, traffic, and anything that could startle them. My son knows the same safety rules and never handles a pet without me nearby, so there’s always responsible supervision. I also keep emergency contacts and vet information on hand in case anything unexpected comes up.
