Lola was great. She helped me out when I was in a bind and she was very patient with scout who is definitely a handful. She went above and beyond to take care of my little man.

Lola was sweet and kind to Yuk and she accepted my last min request since my usual sitter canceled on me. but communication throughout the stay was disappointing. Despite discussing daily photos and updates beforehand, I had to reach out to get any updates during the earlier weeks of his stay, and there were a couple of confusing messages of picking him up weeks before the pick up date which caused me unnecessary stress. I hope this improves for future bookings.

Lola is great! Lola is patient and I'm sure Scout is a handful and she changed her plans a few times to help me and scout out!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this sitter and would not recommend booking with them. They accepted my reservation and payment, but when it was time for drop-off, they never showed up. I was left scrambling at the last minute to find emergency boarding for my two pups, which nearly caused me to miss my flight. It was an incredibly stressful and avoidable situation. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I never received a response—not at the time of drop-off and not at any point during what should have been the duration of my reservation. There was no explanation, no apology, and no effort to resolve the situation. In my experience, this was unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unreliable. When you’re trusting someone to care for your pets, reliability and communication are essential, and unfortunately, neither was present here. I will never book with this sitter again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.
