Pet care experience

4 years pet care^_^

When it comes to pet sitting, I believe that trust and peace of mind are the most important factors. While I do not hold formal certifications, I offer something equally valuable: 4 years of hands-on experience and a reputation built entirely on client referrals. Most of my new clients come to me through recommendations from happy pet parents—a testament to the dedicated care I provide. Why Choose Me? Transparency & Communication: I know how much you miss your pets when you're away. I provide regular photo and video updates throughout the day so you can see exactly how they are doing. From mealtime to playtime, you will receive a "digital diary" of their activities. Safety First: I am highly observant. If I notice any unusual behavior or symptoms, I will contact you immediately to consult on the best course of action. Your pet's health and safety are my absolute priorities. Customized Care to Your Exact Needs: Every pet is unique. Whether it’s a specific feeding schedule, medical needs, or behavioral quirks, I follow your instructions to the letter to ensure your pet’s routine remains undisrupted. Flexible Services: In-Home Sitting: I can stay at your home so your pet remains in a familiar environment. Boarding: Your pet is welcome to stay at my home for round-the-clock companionship. Outdoor Adventures: I am happy to take your dogs out for walks and exercise to keep them happy and healthy. I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to make sure your furry friend is pampered and safe, so you can travel or work without a single worry. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved pets!

Lok Yung was absolutely amazing with the kitties. She went above and beyond what was expected, showing genuine care, attention, and patience throughout. It was clear that she truly loves animals—she didn’t just complete the tasks, she made sure they were comfortable, happy, and well cared for at all times.

Alison is so loving and caring. My dog was so spoilt in her care with lots of snuggles and long walks. Alison sent daily photos and videos and was great to communicate with. Would definitely use her again!

She is reliable and easy to communicate. She sent me the photo updates all the time. Dobby loves her and that’s also the reason I book her again. Highly recommended if you need a good dog walker.

Safety, trust & environment

In My Home (Boarding) "My home is a 'pet-proofed' sanctuary designed for comfort and safety." Safety First: Before any pet arrives, I do a "sweep" to ensure no small objects, toxic plants, or loose wires are accessible. The Environment: I provide a calm, cage-free environment where pets are treated like family. They have access to comfortable resting spots and plenty of toys, but I always maintain their specific home feeding and sleeping routines to minimize "new place" anxiety. Constant Supervision: Pets are never left unattended for long periods. If I need to step out briefly, I ensure they are in a secure, comfortable space. In the Client's Home (Sitting/Visits) "I respect your home as much as I care for your pet." Security Protocol: I follow a strict key-management and home-security routine. I ensure all doors and windows are locked upon arrival and departure. Maintaining the 'Safe Zone': I keep the pet in their familiar environment and follow your specific house rules (e.g., no dogs on the couch, or specific rooms that are off-limits). Household Care: As part of the trust my clients place in me, I keep the pet area clean, refresh water bowls daily, and can help with small tasks like bringing in mail to make the home look "lived in" while you are away. Outdoors & Transit (Walking) "Control and vigilance are my top priorities when we are out and about." Secure Handling: I use a "double-check" method for harnesses and leashes before stepping outside to prevent any escapes. Environmental Awareness: I am always alert to the surroundings—avoiding aggressive stray dogs, hot pavement in the summer, or areas with potential toxins/trash on the ground. Hydration & Pace: I tailor the walk's intensity to the pet's age and energy level, ensuring they have plenty of water breaks. The "Trust" Factor (Communication) Regardless of the location, my "Transparency Policy" is what builds the most trust: Real-time Check-ins: I send a "Check-in" message as soon as I arrive or when the pet settles into my home. Visual Proof: You will receive photos/videos of them eating, playing, and relaxing so you can see their body language for yourself. Emergency Readiness: I always ask for your preferred vet’s contact info and an emergency contact person before the booking begins.
