When caring for pets, I focus on creating a safe, trusting, and comfortable environment that allows the pets to feel at ease. For safety, I take simple yet thoughtful steps to ensure that the space is free of anything that could potentially harm them, such as keeping small objects out of reach and making sure they have safe places to rest and play. Building trust is equally important. I take the time to get to know each pet, understanding their individual personalities, preferences, and routines. By being gentle and consistent, I help them feel secure and confident in my care. Open communication with the owner is essential to ensure I meet both the pet’s and owner’s needs. I always aim to provide a comfortable environment where pets feel relaxed and happy. Whether it’s in my home or theirs, I strive to maintain a calm atmosphere, stick to familiar routines, and offer lots of affection, making sure their experience is positive and stress-free.

Marco took great care of Moss, walking and feeding him while we were out. Moss seemed super happy and we had no issues at all. Communication was also great before and during the sit!

Marco has been looking after our cat a couple of times now - he is a trusted person, punctual and reliable, who took great care of our cat, never failing to keep us posted every time he came home. I recommend him!
Lok Hin took care of Peanut's walks for 4 days whilst I was travelling. It went fantastic! Lok Hin took a good care of my dog, followed all instructions and shared comprehensive updates. We trusted Lok Hin with a full access to the flat and again, no issues whatsoever. Lok Hin is usually fast to respond, very responsible and patient with dogs. Highly recommend!

After graduating from university, I moved to London, and I am currently looking for a job. Therefore, I have plenty of time to take care of pets!
