About Lloyd H.
Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and well-being will always be my highest priority on every walk and visit. With hands-on dog handling and training experience, I focus on safe leash control, awareness of surroundings, and making sure every dog feels comfortable, secure, and cared for
Information Lloyd H. would like to know about your pet
Before pet sitting, I would ask the owner a few key questions to make sure I can keep their pet safe, comfortable, and on their normal routine. I’d want to know about feeding schedule, portion sizes, any allergies, medications, and how their dog behaves around people, other animals, or on walks. I would also ask about emergency vet information, separation anxiety, triggers, house rules, and what their dog loves most so I can keep them happy and stress-free while they’re away.
A typical day
A typical day of pet sitting starts with making sure your dog is fed, has fresh water, and gets a calm, friendly check-in so they feel comfortable and secure. Throughout the day, I include fun activities like walks, playtime, enrichment games, and plenty of attention based on your dog’s energy level and routine. I also make sure they get bathroom breaks, rest time, and companionship so they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.

Pet Care for Dogs That deserve more
Pet care experience
Lifelong dog owner, experienced handler, and Ocean County local providing dependable professional dog walking along the Jersey Shore. My background includes extensive hands-on dog training, rescue work, and agility experience. After training and handling a certified rescue dog for over a year and a half, I developed a strong understanding of canine behavior, structure, and safe pack management. I treat every dog with the same care, patience, and attention I’ve given my own dogs throughout the past 35 years.
Reviews
I can’t recommend Lloyd highly enough as a dog sitter/walker. He is extremely reliable, caring, and attentive with every animal he owns or cares for. It’s obvious how much he genuinely loves animals, and dogs naturally feel comfortable and excited around him. Lloyd goes above and beyond to make sure the animals are safe, having fun and are well taken care of. He is punctual, trustworthy, and has great communication. Anyone would be lucky to have someone as dedicated and compassionate to care for their animals.
