Excellent and caring service!

LJ is great with our pet. She sent multiple pics and kept updating how our pet was doing on daily basis. I really appreciate LJ for taking care of Drizzle. We will be sure to use LJ’s help for our future boarding

LJ always checks our dog’s information about allergies and habits when we drop him off. When traveling for a week and our dog stayed at her house, LJ even bought a different food for him concerned that he was not eating. We don’t need to ask her for pictures, she always provides us with plenty of them, which I really appreciate. We trust her since we know she really cares about our pup well being.

This was our first time booking for boarding because we had to go on an overseas trip. We could tell right away that Lily was an experienced sitter. She responded to our request for boarding quickly and met with Minnie beforehand to make sure both parties are comfortable. She took the time to get to know Minnie's personality, her routines, and likes/dislikes, which told us she really cared for the dogs that come through her home. When we have additional questions, she was prompt in providing answers. During our trip, she provided updates and photos of Minnie on a regular basis. If there's any concern or questions, she would always communicate with us and keep us in the loop. When our flight got delayed and our prearranged pick-up time was compromised, Lily was so understanding and accommodating with the schedule changes. Overall, Minnie was very well taken care of during our trip and we were so impressed with the level of care that she received. She was comfortable, healthy, and safe with Lily. We will definitely book again for any future trips.

This was my first time leaving Zuni for such a long period of time, so I was naturally a bit nervous, but I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. I can't say enough positive things about LJ and the excellent care she provided for Zuni. She made him feel at home at once and sent plenty of updates and pictures to me so that I wouldn't worry. Knowing that Zuni has a safe and loving environment to go to when I have to travel means so much to me, and I'll definitely contact LJ the next time I need a sitter for Zuni.
