Availability
I am free most Afternoons and Weekends, but accommodations can be made to check in early in the morning or occasionally through the day as well! When it comes to house sitting - I am unavailable to stay all day everyday on weekdays, but can make accommodations to be there frequently during the day. It might be easier to book multiple drop-ins for this if you’d prefer. On weekends I am available to stay all day/evenings!

A typical day
I can walk your dogs wherever you’re most comfortable! If there are parks nearby, or if you’re near campus, bringing them there would be so fun! I'd bring along their favorite toys, and also owner-approved snacks to help reinforce positive behavior on walks!

Pet care experience
I've personally had cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, and amphibians since I was a young child. I currently home a sassy Cat, and Leopard Gecko(: I also help my parents take care of our families' dog (Doberman/Lab mix) and cat. I have experience working as a volunteer at a Shelter, Intern Zookeeper, Wildlife Rehabilitator, Pet Care Specialist, and Associate Dog Groomer (~4 years experience). I have also worked extensively in Wildlife Ecology for the past 6 years, working with and handling every taxa of animal. I recently obtained my Master's degree in Wildlife Ecology at Iowa State University and am currently pursuing my Doctoral degree at OSU in the same field!

Lizzy was the sweetest! We needed someone to stay at our place and be with our dog during the fireworks and she was so great about making him feel better and getting him to eat his calming treats. So happy to have met her and that she helped our dog feel so safe
Lizzy is such a kind and loving person with animals! She's been so helpful when I needed help with my animals. She is very knowledgeable and really puts 100% into taking care of and loving any animal (dog, cat, lizard, etc.) she interacts with. Leaving her with my animals has never fazed me. Further, she is quite the animal owner herself (cats, dogs, lizards, fish, etc) and they are the most loved and well taken care of animals I've interacted with. I never needed to worry when Lizzy was caring for my pets.
