We cannot say enough good things about Lizzy. As very careful and intentional pet owners, we are extremely selective about who we trust to care for our dogs, especially in our own home. Wilson and Tucker are not just pets to us, they are family, and Lizzy exceeded every expectation we had. She cared for our dogs in our home for over a week, which was a non-negotiable requirement for us. Keeping them in their familiar environment with access to their fenced-in yard was important for their comfort and routine, and Lizzy handled this flawlessly. From day one, she followed our instructions precisely and treated our home and our dogs with genuine respect and care. Throughout our time away, Lizzy sent daily updates and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was clear from the updates that Wilson and Tucker were relaxed, happy, and well cared for. She paid close attention to their individual needs and personalities and made sure they felt safe, loved, and well exercised. When we returned home, the house was exactly as we left it clean, tidy, and well cared for. That level of professionalism and attention to detail speaks volumes about her character and reliability. If you are looking for someone you can truly trust with your dogs and your home, especially for extended stays, Lizzy is exceptional. We would not hesitate to book her again and would confidently recommend her to anyone who wants thoughtful, responsible, in-home care for their pets.

Not only is Lizzy intuitive and thorough, she genuinely loves dogs! I know our pups are in good hands when Lizzy visits!

I paid $40 for this dog walker to walk both of my dog (we did meet and greet day before). When the time came, she claim that one of my dog is preventing her from coming in and could not do her job. We agreed for her safety that she should not keep trying. I reminded her to leave the key on her way out. She charged me $20, but I offered $30 for her trouble. She cancelled the $20 modification to original full amount instead. I still haven't gotten my $10 refund back nor my apartment key. I have made numerous attempt to communicate with her, even offering to drive to her to pick up the key after she kept postponing drop off date. Then she wouldn't respond to my Rover message, call or text. It has been 3 weeks now and going. She finally responded after I contacted Rover support and she basically ended the conversation with "not my problem." She did not provide photo proof or texted when she dropped off the key. Not only I lost $40, I have to pay $50 for key replacement/lock change. That is total of $90 lost because I booked with this walker for service she never provided. I would not recommend her for drop in or walking request. Not worth the hassle.
