For cats, I spend time engaging with toys, brushing if they enjoy it, or simply sitting with them so they feel calm and secure or even read books to them. I pay attention to each pet’s personality—some love energetic play while others prefer gentle companionship. I also provide updates and photos so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away.

What Sets Me Apart Caring for animals has truly been a lifelong part of who I am. I’ve been caring for cats since I was 4 years old and dogs since my early teens. My parents have fostered and sheltered animals for over 25 years, and when I visit home, I help care for what we lovingly call our little “pet haven.” Through that experience, I’ve cared for kittens and puppies all the way through their senior years. Being around foster and rescue animals has taught me patience, gentleness, and how to read different personalities — from energetic and playful to calm, sensitive, or even a little sassy 😊. I’m comfortable with both high-energy pets and senior pets who need a slower, softer approach. I also have a deep respect for animal safety and well-being — even rescuing baby birds and bringing them to the local humane society when needed. Animals have always been a source of comfort and joy in my life, and I treat every pet with that same level of love, attentiveness, and care.
