Pet care experience
We’ll treat your fur baby as if they were our own.
We lost our 15 yr old Lakeland/Jack Russell fur baby, Twixi, a couple of years ago and while we have no plans to get another dog of our own, we know how important it is to find a loving and reliable pet sitter. We nurtured Twixi from puppy to adult to senior. She finally went deaf and had doggy dementia, so we have experience of fit, lively and very well to old, tired and anxious. We now regularly look after my daughter's quirky little Daschund.

Having already met Liza and Mike for a walk and visited their house, Liza had Henry for the first time last weekend and he clearly had a great time! He went on some lovely walks and was very well looked after. Liza kept us supplied with photos which was very reassuring. All Henry's 'stuff' was packed and ready for collection and he was completely at home with Liza and her family. We have already booked Liza again and plan to use Liza as our main dog carer for future holidays.
Nelly thoroughly enjoyed her stay with Liza and was welcomed into her home. Communication was always good. While we were away, Liza sent some photos to reassure us that all was well. I will always use Liza in future. Thank you
Liza was such a great match for Ted and he clearly loved staying with her. He's been on picnics, play dates and lovely walks! All communication about the stay was prompt and she understood that we were nervous about leaving us but quickly put us at ease with a meet up beforehand, asking appropriate questions and sending us regular updates throughout Ted's stay. We couldn't have asked for better. Thank you!
Liza took perfect care of our dog Charlie. As a family, we can highly recommend her, and we will gladly book her again in the near future. Charlie enjoyed daily walks to lots of different local locations. We are so happy we found someone local for Charlie to board with. Liza kindly sent photos of Charlie whilst in her care, giving us that extra peace of mind whilst travelling abroad. Thank you again.

Schedule
I live with my husband, Michael who also adores dogs. We both mainly work from home and there is always one of us that can be home. We can be flexible and will work with the pet parents requests.

Safety, trust & environment
We want to make the pets weI care for feel as welcome and comfort pad possible. We’ll be flexible and follow as closely to their normal routine as possible (if that’s what they need). We can do walks morning and evenings. We have a small enclosed garden and live minutes away from Jennycliff.
A typical day
Long or short walks along the SW coast path. Fun on the beach. Trips to Dartmoor. Playing in the water or with a ball if that’s what the dogs we’ll look after need. And of course lots of cuddles.
