I volunteer for local rescues and shelters. I've fostered dogs with a variety of needs and personalities, from young puppies to elderly dogs in their last days. I've cared for over 25 dogs in one year. I have five dogs of my own, a Mountain Cur, an American Pitbull/Siberian Husky mix, a Carolina Dog, Redbone Coonhound, and a Lab/Beagle mix. I have experience with blind dogs and giving medications including insulin shots. I've owned and cared for cats, hamsters, birds, reptiles, fish, chickens and watched them for my friends and family too.

Safety, trust & environment
I treat other's pets and homes even better than I would my own. I try to leave spaces as clean, if not cleaner than before and communicate any issues immediately. Safety is my top priority and I make sure all pets are secure, fed, hydrated, and happy. I'm always vaccinated and wash my hands.

Liz has been coming to take care of our cats and dog since last year; she is always available and takes good care of them.
Liz takes great care of my 2 dogs and 2 cats. She is prompt with arriving to walk them. She has also been kind to feed them if I am going to be away for a longer time. She does a great job of communicating with me.
Liz was amazing!! I was nervous about leaving my cat for 2 weeks but she gave me great updates and pictures. I am very appreciative of Liz!
Liz does a great job walking my dogs, one of whom is very elderly. She’s caring and dependable. On occasion she has cared for my dogs and my two cats and also fed them. This has all gone very well. I know they are well cared for.
Liz is an excellent sitter; she is very good with my old dog and two cats. She gives information about each of her visits and is very reliable. I am glad we found her.

Schedule
I work from home as a software consultant, so I'm available most of the day to let dogs outside and keep them company. My schedule is flexible and can be planned around your needs. I do not have children to take care of and I'm very much a homebody.
