Professional, experienced pet care
With almost 7 years of professional experience, you can trust that your pets are in good hands! I grew up on and around farms, so I have experience with pets ranging from dogs and cats, to goats and chickens, to lizards and guinea pigs and more. Now, I have my own little zoo at home, which includes a dog, a cat, two guinea pigs, turtles, and fish. I started my professional experience at the age of 16, when I started working at a doggy daycare. Once I moved to the Duluth area, I continued caring for pets through Rover and similar sites. In the last few months, I have started my own business petsitting and dog walking. In addition, I have done volunteer work through animal shelters and worked closely with dog trainers to expand my knowledge and experience with pets of all kinds.

Absolutely amazing!
Liz was amazing! She was so kind and professional! My dogs were in good hands with her. Will absolutely book her again!
Liz provided quality care for my pup while I was out of town. I received daily updates and photos, which were helpful. Would definitely call Liz again for future out of town dog sitting care.
I highly recommend Liz. She took excellent care of our little pup. And he sure loved her and was comfortable with her immediately.
Our experience with Liz was unfortunately not great. I will say right off the bat that she is a great communicator and is very responsive, flexible and willing to listen and respond but I do want to leave an honest review here. We had her watch our three cats, one of whom is a senior cat for about 1.5 weeks while we were out of the country. She provided me two updates during that time including pictures. When we came home, the cats were completely out of water, screaming. Our auto water fountains typically take a week to run dry and the motors were both overheating. We had backup bowls for the cats too which were sizable and also bone dry. Our oldest cat was very weak and having trouble walking after that and we thought we might lose her but she recovered okay. The litter boxes were also filthy and looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned the entire time. We have 4 boxes for 3 cats. I spoke with Liz about all of this and she was incredibly open to feedback and apologetic, and told me that she had had trouble coming for 4 days in a row, but I still fear that the last time she had come, the waters had been low before she had left. Either way, the reviews on her are all incredible which is why we hired her and I know she just switched jobs so there may be some factors that are flukes/outliers in our situation. I went back and forth on leaving an honest review because I do believe she is inherently a good pet provider but this was a bad error that nearly killed one of our cats.
The dogs absolutely love seeing Liz! She does such a great job taking care of them!

Dates de la garde
I currently work full time Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, as well as 9am-3pm Saturdays and 5pm-9pm Friday and Saturday nights. In order to make sure that my pets are getting all the love and attention they need, I will no longer be able to do overnight visits on weekdays. I am more than happy to stay over on weekends and do drop-in visits during the week, though!

I love spoiling my pets, and would love to do so with yours as well. I have a lot of experience with complex feeding and medication instructions. I am also very active, so I can exercise your pup in a safe one-on-one environment, bring them to the dog park, provide mental stimulation with puzzles, or cuddle with them if they're a little older- whichever is preferred by you and your pupper.
