Peace of Mind for Happy Pets & You!
As a child, my household had many pets through the years, which led me to volunteer at an animal shelter while in college. Around that time I also worked with animals, at a pet shop and later with a conservation group. I adore pets and always insure they feel safe and comfortable with me. I am able to read a their body language and communicate well both verbally and nonverbally. I have attended dog training classes, read multiple books about caring for pets, and watched videos for further education. At the same time, every animal is different and has their own unique personality, and it’s a joy and reward to get to know each one. I have had pets in the past, but because I travel often and enjoy pet sitting so much I find just as much joy in taking care of my clients' animals! Currently I am converting a van into a camper to continue traveling the country and meeting as many cool cats (and dogs!) as I can :) While I may not be able to provide sitting services in every location long term, I believe I bring a love of animals and joy to each sit that makes sure every pet I care for is happy and each client feels peace of mind while they are away!

I care for pets in my clients' homes, and I follow all written/verbal instructions given to me on pet & home care. I treat the animals and home as if they were my own, and if I have any questions I never hesitate to reach out. I am a tidy person, often a homebody in the evenings, and maintain a high level of respect for both my clients and their lovely pets.

Liz always does an amazing job with our dog, Sadie, but went above and beyond taking good care of her while Sadie wasn’t feeling well and we were away. She kept us updated frequently, spent extra time keeping a close eye on Sadie, and didn’t baulk at her special diet instructions. We so greatly appreciated knowing she was in good hands!
Liz took care of my 20yo shih tzu and my cat while i was away for 5 days. she did a great job with both of my girls, and i was comfortable and confident that they were in good hands!
Liz did a wonderful job watching our dog Sadie while we were away for the weekend. She communicated often and left our home clean and tidy. It was a huge relief knowing Sadie was in good hands while we were gone and we look forward to having Liz back!

Schedule
I am self-employed, so my schedule is quite flexible to accommodate your pets' usual routines! I may be in and out throughout the day, but I always discuss first what is normal for your pet and how I can best replicate their home life.
