I'm a Midwest transplant who loves exploring Seattle with any furry friend that comes my way. Having grown up with a Springer Spaniel, a Dalmatian, and a Jack Russell terrier, I've developed a deep appreciation for spending time with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and personalities—especially those that enjoy a good cuddle! Over the past 11 years, I've developed experience with regular dog-walking and house-sitting clients. This includes working with a variety of dogs, from super playful puppies to senior dogs and even those with special medication needs. I do my best to prioritize positive reinforcement to encourage good behaviors or support any specific training goals you might have for your dog. When walking or staying with a dog, I try to find the right balance between allowing plenty of time for mental engagement through sniffing and keeping a pace that helps them get their energy out. One of the things I love most about my job is the flexibility it offers. Since I work from home full-time, I can easily adapt to you and your pup's needs or preferences. Additionally, when entering or staying at a client's home, I adhere to a 'leave no trace' mentality, and make your space is left as tidy as I found it - because no one wants to have to pick up after someone after being away from their pup and their home. When I'm not working or enjoying a Rover visit, you'll likely find me training for my next trail running race, bike packing, or honing my backcountry skiing skills.
