Hey! I'm Liviana, a Belgian-Italian Londoner living in central Zürich. I work and study part-time, which means I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time during the day to spend with furry friends. I have almost a decade of dog-sitting experience, looking after dogs for anything from a few hours to several weeks. Whatever the length of the stay, I make sure each dog gets the exercise, attention and care they need — whether that's going for walks, playing, or simply having some company. I really appreciate owners being upfront about their pet's needs and personality, so I can make sure they feel safe, comfortable and happy. I'll also provide regular updates and am happy to ask questions if anything is unclear. I genuinely love spending time with dogs and treat every pet with patience, kindness and respect. I understand the trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else's care, and I'll do everything I can to make the experience as easy and worry-free as possible.

Safety, trust & environment
My priority is to maintain your pet’s usual routine and make sure they feel comfortable and settled while you're away. I follow instructions carefully and have the utmost respect for your home and personal space, leaving everything as I found it. When we're outside, your dog’s safety is always my priority, including around other dogs and in busier areas. I’m attentive to their behaviour and surroundings and will always follow your guidance on what they are comfortable with. I can also host well-trained dogs in my apartment, which is a short walk from Central and near the river, as well as some small parks.

Liviana and her partner Alex looked after our dog (and house) last summer and we can't recommend them highly enough. They looked after our dog Forrest (who can be a bit of a handful) very well, and took such good care of our house, garden and plants. They stayed in really good contact with us throughout their sit, and communication with them beforehand was also very smooth and timely. We cannot fault them and feel they are completely trustworthy. They take their duties seriously and are a mature and capable couple.

Schedule
I currently work and study part-time, so I have a flexible schedule and can spend time with your pet(s) during normal working hours as well as evenings and weekends. I have fixed commitments on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, but outside of those times I'm very flexible and happy to work around your schedule.

- Every dog is different - the key things I like to know are routine (e.g. feeding times, walk schedule), special needs (allergies, medication), favourite activities and toys, training habits (known commands, house rules), triggers (other dogs, specific noises). Knowing these things will help me ensure your dog feels safe and comfortable!
